IMPORTANT SALES INFORMATION
1) Payment for advance tickets is through Paypal only although cash/card is accepted on the door. As long as you are using a desktop/laptop device you do not need a Paypal account to use this method (once you have clicked through to Paypal simply click 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' instead). Booking tickets using a mobile or tablet device may require a Paypal account.
2) Please note that it is NOT essential to provide your telephone number or postal address - you can enter 'NA' into this field and the ticketing process should still complete. A full name and email address is essential however.
3) We do not send physical or electronic tickets but keep records of all orders so we can check on the evening. However, we ask that you bring your Paypal receipt with you in case of discrepancies (electronic copy is fine).
4) Unless you are a Friend of Commotio, specific seats cannot be reserved in advance
Refunds
In general, tickets are non-refundable. However, if a concert is either cancelled by Commotio or has to be cancelled due to a change in government guidance (e.g. during the COVID-19 pandemic) then we will offer either a cash refund or a credit note for a future concert.
Any data submitted through online purchase will be treated in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will not use your data for any purposes other than the sale without your express permission
